How duels work

  1. You set it. Pick two players, the format, the time and the arena, and pay the prize. You can't set a duel you play in — send a match request for that.
  2. Both players accept. Each player is asked by SMS and in the app. The duel only goes ahead when both say yes before the start time.
  3. They play. The players report the result the same way as a match request. The winner gets the prize less the 10% fee in their PlayPool wallet.
  4. If it doesn't go ahead — a player declines, you cancel before both accept, or the start time passes — members who paid get the full amount back in their PlayPool wallet. Without an account there is no refund.
